1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our order management platform and related services, including WhatsApp Business integration via Facebook ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration and business information.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including Meta/WhatsApp and Facebook terms and policies when you connect your WhatsApp Business App.
  • Not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users or our systems.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. WhatsApp Business and Facebook Connection

When you connect your WhatsApp Business App through our "Connect your WhatsApp Business App" flow using Facebook Login:

  • You authorize us to receive and store the identifiers and tokens provided by the integration (e.g. Phone Number ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID) to enable messaging features.
  • Your use of WhatsApp and Facebook is subject to Meta's terms, policies, and data practices, including the WhatsApp Business Policy and Facebook Terms of Service.
  • You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's commerce and messaging policies when sending messages through the Service.

4. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of content and data you upload or create. You grant us a license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to provide such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party services (e.g. Meta, WhatsApp) or for your use of the Service in violation of their policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or for other reasons with notice where required. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
